The newly harvested onions are unloaded off the truck onto a conveyor belt where the crew sorts out debris and then the onions are run up the belt and piled into the bulk storage shed. |

Harvest begins in August and ends in mid October. |

These onions are now ready to be packed or can remain safely in storage until the end of March. |
